    salmon meal, soy flour, fresh bloodworms, wheat, oat & gluten flours, frozen or dried brine-shrimp, dried spirulina, lecithin. Fish oil, vitamin b1, a & c. Choline hcl, biotin, methionine. Thiamine ( source of vitamin b1), asorbic acid (source of vitamin c ). Dried bacillus subtilis fermentation product, dried bacillus licheniformis fermentation

    this flake is a must have to add the necacery variety in your tropical fishes diet! fish don't enjoy eating the same thing day after day, much like us humans. offer them variety and they will reward you with vibrant colors, health, and breeding. These flakes promote just that: health color and breeding. I fed these flakes to my livebearers and this flake resulted in higher numbers of fry and increased fertility in the males!. also made my danios spawn more then usual. This is an excellent alternative to the freeze dried OR frozen bloodworms, has all the benefits of those, all in a flake form! I highly recommend this flake food to everyone! give it a try!

    Great flake food at a reasonable price. I use it every other day or so and it is a great growth food for my fry. It beat buying frozen bloodworms and paying all the extra money in shipping.
