Bachman Chattanooga Train Set not complete

Bachman Chattanooga Train Set not complete.  This set is missing some pieces, It is not functioning,  I do not know why, the power lights up, may be from a missing  piece. some of the track is missing, the buildings are missing, one package of unopened figures. I think there are 3 or 4 pieces of track missing.  All of the cars look to be in good condition, I did not check them all, t he coal car is missing one set of wheels.  This will be good for extra pieces cars etc.  or fix it.  If you have questions, please look over pics and ask questions before bidding ty.
