Cox HO Electric Train Set Military Manifest with extra car instead of track

Cox HO Electric Train Set Military Manifest with an extra car instead of track. Car on the far left was added after the box containing track was removed. Box car (Q Car US Army No. 6124) that was added has remnants of original price tag (green Two Guys) on it. That track box is gone/not available. Condition is "Used". Outer box has a missing piece at corner and all four corners have added cardboard in the back that is stapled on- please see pictures. Engine runs but has not been served ever. We removed engine from the box to test it. I cannot remember the ever being removed from the box. Contents of box- cars and their boxes are like new.
