*We take extreme care to make sure that they reach you alive and well but please understand that when dealing with shipping of live creatures, there is always a chance that things might go wrong.

n the rare case that they don't get to you alive, we will send you a replacement at no additional fee However You will  be responsible for the shipping fee for the replacement sample.
*In an event of a DOA, you MUST notify us within 2 hours of them being delivered
and you will have to take a video of the sample and
send it to us.
*If you are in a hot or warm climate at the time of the shipping, we highly recommend that you get in touch with your local USPS office and request they hold the package for you so you can physically pick it up at the post office. this way they do not spend the whole day in a hot car waiting to be delivered.
