  • Condition: Good to Very Good overall vint cond: Taken right off a wall in an old store here in sthrn NH. It still has some residual white pnt on the very edge of the pressed tin bottom, where a pntr once pntd the wall around it without removing it. We haven't touched it either & this pnt, along w/many other vint characteristics, are evidence of its vint pedigree. This is a real, orig, auth, period mid-20th c Coca-Cola litho'd enml pressed tin hanging wall thermometer advertising display piece & not a repro or contemporary facsimile of the real deal. This is the real deal. It's clearly stamped on the raised, pressed tin base 'Donasco, Made in USA.' The glass thermometer is orig to the wall display & hasn't been removed or replaced, w/its holding cleats still present & intact. There are no dings, dents or other deformities on the body, except for some slight compression at the very top where the hanging hole & back clip are located, from prev attachment to a wall. A great mid-20th c vint artifact.

    DESCRIPTION:
    Taken right off a wall in an old store here in
    southern New Hampshire.
    It still has some residual white wall paint on the very edge of the pressed tin bottom, where a painter once carelessly painted the wall around it without removing the thermometer.
