Working principle:
This instrument is a digital display viscometer, the Japanese import synchronous motor by the variable speed drive constant speed rotation of the rotor.
When the rotor rotates in a liquid, the viscosity of the liquid will produce effects on the rotor torque, the viscous torque is bigger;
On the other hand, the liquid viscosity is smaller, the smaller the viscous torque also. The effect of viscous torque on the rotor detected by sensors, after computer processing, it is concluded that the viscosity of the liquid to be tested.
The instrument by microcomputer technology, can easily set range (rotor rotational speed), to digital processing of sensor detected data, and clearly showed on the screen when measuring the set number of rotor, rotational speed, the viscosity of the liquid being measured value and full scale percentage, etc.
With four rotors NDJ - 8 - s (1, 2, 3, 4) and 8 gear speed (0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60, revolutions per minute), which composed of 32 combinations, can measure the measurement range of all kinds of liquid viscosity.
