Returns and exchanges are welcomed within 30 days of receipt of your order. Return shipping and insurance fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be in new condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included exactly as they were received. Cues that have been chalked will not be accepted for return.  Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
