Operation steps:
1.Immerse the product in the liquid and require the upper edge of the product to be lower
than the horizontal surface of the liquid (make the product completely enter the liquid);
2. Raise the cup vertically and press the stopwatch at the same time;
3. Stop the stopwatch when the first break occurs in the flow line;
4. to evaluate, it must do three consecutive measurements;
5. The average of the three measurements is taken as the outflow time of the liquid.
