The Balto. Leo. Md. address designates that area of the city. I do not know if that is Postal Service designation or an informal shortcut acquired over the years that stuck. Just another example of interesting things you can learn on the internet. This card is in good condition.
Please note that I have been buying and selling on eBay for 23 years and have a perfect record using my original user name " imageguy1 "  I was unable to get the " imageguy " user name back in 1997 when I joined eBay. Recently I checked to see if that user name was available now.
