here is a ROCO 31023 HOe Digital Starter Set sold without the 10725 transformer (available on eBay for around - 50).
NEW open box item which was used as a demonstrator at the Chicago retailer where purchased. In the original box, only test run at the store. The original box and papers are all present (some highlighted marks in the papers). Please use the photos for description purposes and ask questions where needed.
I am not an expert on these model railroad items, but I can attest that this unit is in fine condition.
The item will be
