The Synco Cmic-V10 is a small diaphragm condenser microphone suitable for use on vocals and instruments both in the studio and for live stage performances. The microphone's hypercardioid polar pattern focuses audio capture directly in front of the capsule, picking up less sound from the sides and helping to reduce feedback issues, especially useful when using sound reinforcement equipment.
The back-electret condenser element offers a wide frequency response from 40Hz to 18kHz and a high signal-to-noise ratio, helping you achieve cleaner recordings with less hiss. A 150Hz high pass filter can also be activated to eliminate additional unwanted low-end frequencies from vibrations and HVAC systems. A second switch activates a high frequency boost in the 4 to 5 kHz range for added presence and clarity.
The V10 also offers a 10dB pad that can be triggered, allowing the mic to handle loud sources at levels up to 130dB before distortion, making it suitable for use on cymbals or as a drum mic. Phantom power is required and the microphone has a standard 3-pin XLR connection for use with a variety of professional audio equipment.
